SCROLL
Overview

We always like being very transparent with our work and sometimes luck just doesnt go your way. That is the case with our Model 3 Tour that we had won but then lost. We did not lose to another vendor but rather we had lost because of the image below. This happened right as we were awarded the project. The Tesla board of directors pulled most of their budgets back and our 6 million dollar tour had turned into a couple of cones and a tent in a Walmart parking lot.

That is something we couldn't control - what we did control was the qaulity of work and the creative behind this tour. There were two different phases in our pitch process and we are pretty damn proud of the results so we would like to show you what we came up with.

Thanks Elon.

Our Pitch - Take One

We put this 105 page deck together in just under 6 days. All we were told was that they wanted a 5 city tour, VIP style, and it had to be the super bowl of experiences wrapped around their brand. So we delivered this with many sleepless nights. Jason ended up pitching it to the Tesla team. A few days later we had found out that we won the business.

Our Pitch - Take 2

Once we had won the business, they decided to change pretty much everything we had pitched and gave us a style and direction similar to that of a Soho House. We had to shrink down the footprint and make it darker and sleaker. So we took another 5 days of sleepless nights and presented a 35 page updated look and schedule.
